Step 1: Getting Connected and Logging In

If your question is about logging in to the I.T. on Tap service, then start by checking the Getting Connected web page.

The most frequently-encountered problems are quickly resolved by either upgrading your computer to a more recent version of Java or installing the Client Software - instructions are on that page.

Step 2: Support Wiki
