"Well I actually contacted about 3 or 4 other website providers before moving ahead with I.T on Tap. I got 4 vastly different quotes. One came back with $3,000 dollars, another was $10,000, the 3rd wanted $25,000 and the last one offered me a $100,000 solution. Clearly there was no congruency. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong or not explaining myself properly and yet of these providers got the exact same documents outlining my requirements.

The other problem that I had to contend was the lack of transparency. I realise that there would have been a big difference in service and quality say between the $3,000 quote and the $100,000 solution but that wasn’t communicated clearly in the quotes. What I really liked about I.T on Tap is that took the time to explain what they are going to do as part of the quote process and how long it will take to deliver it. They even took the time to really look at what I was trying to achieve with my online project and used to their expertise to tailor a solution that not only met my specifications but had my business goals in mind. They gave me everything I wanted in what I considered to be a very modest budget."
